An Angels Clan project
TeamTalk Plus
TeamTalk Plus brings accessible voice communication, radio-station workflows, and everyday community tools together in a private Angels Clan application.
What the project focuses on
- Voice and text communication in TeamTalk communities.
- Screen-reader accessibility and keyboard-friendly workflows.
- Channel, file, and server-management tools, subject to your account permissions.
- Audio settings and usability improvements for everyday communication.
Choose how you communicate: talk with friends, follow your favorite radio streams, manage your community, or prepare a dedicated station computer for unattended use.
Unattended mode: ready when you are away
Enable unattended mode on your Windows station computer to have TeamTalk Plus start when you sign in, connect to your chosen saved server, and stay out of the way in the system tray. Configure automatic reconnection, a primary server and backup choices, and an optional return to your last channel. Closing the normal window keeps the unattended client in the tray; you remain in control of when to exit.
For radio stations and remote receivers
Give each studio, transmitter, or receiver its own recognizable name and account. Save its server and channel, select its audio devices, and choose the transmission setup for that machine. Unattended mode helps keep a dedicated connection running while your team focuses on the broadcast. It does not turn on your microphone for you: you choose when and how audio is transmitted.
For everyday listening and conversation
You do not need to run a radio station. Use normal mode for your daily conversations, or set up an unattended listening computer that connects to your favorite community. Adjust your audio and notification preferences to suit the way you use TeamTalk.
Help from people you trust
Optional trusted desktop sharing lets a person you authorize help with a station computer. You decide who is trusted and whether to enable sharing. Only use this feature on computers you own or have permission to support.
